OUR POLICY
ATTIRE
Robes are provided for your comfort, and undergarments may be worn if you prefer. Changing will occur in the treatment room prior to your service, so please be sure to arrive 15 minutes early. Please remove all necklaces, earrings, or other jewelry that may get in the way of your service.
LATE ARRIVAL
Please understand our team’s time is just as valuable as your own. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your treatment time will be adjusted accordingly, or you may be asked to reschedule.
AGE RESTRICTION
Minors must be accompanied by a parent and are required to sign a waiver for any spa services.
CONSULTATION
All services for new clients are inclusive of consultation. Please let your spa professional know of any conditions that may be of a concern. Allergies, heart conditions, and pregnancy may be of a special interest. Please tell your spa professional anything of note so that they may provide you with the best possible experience.
CANCELLATIONS
To better serve you, please give our front desk at least 24 hours advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your visit, and your deposit will be refunded. No refund on deposits if you are a NO-SHOW.
